Antiaircraft Machine Gun

This is an antiaircraft machine gun which supports both of VICE combat system(v1.2.0).
Not only its owner but also anybody who sits on can use this gun.
<< INSTALLATION >>
* Rez the item set "Antiaircraft Machine Gun Ver.2.0" from your inventory.
* The rezzed object is composed of two objects of the main body and the plinth.
* Move the plinth for the position to want to set up.
* Move the main object to a position roughly similar to the plinth.
* Say "RESET" at chat.
<< HOW TO USE >>
* VICE combat system will be enabled when you sit on the gun.
* This gun operates not in "Mouse Look Mode" but in "Normal View Mode".
Pressing the cursor key (or 'W','A','S','D' key) changes the direction of the gun.
Press the mouse button in the air to shoot.
* You can change the VICE options by saying following commands at chat.
* "team #" (#: 1-4 or "none")
Change your team.
* "channel"
Set private battle channel.
* "Channel reset"
Reset battle channel to default.
* "death message DESCRIPTION"
Set 'DESCRIPTION' as death message.

* BUG FIX : The problem of misidentifying a usual chat to the private combat channel change message is corrected.
* Now support VICE v1.2.0.
* The TCS support was abolished.
* Because the previous version was too strong, this gun was weakened. HP is decreased, and the penalty time because of overheating has been increased.
