Asado, is a term used both for a range of barbecue techniques and the social event of having or attending a barbecue in Argentina.
An asado usually consists of beef alongside various other meats, which are cooked on a grill, called a parrilla, or mini BBQ like we have here, on this table!

Love the attention to detail on this set. I use at my beach hideaway, very romantic! Just the right size and the animations are perfect! really smooth. very nice to see the glow and sparks from the grill. You can even hear the food cook! I would recommend this to anyone.
