This store is made of both original mesh and basic prims. Materials are used throughout. It includes four buildings, as well as the matching chandelier.
The doors open via a step-mat, but can also be opened/closed on click. They will stay open 30 seconds before automatically closing. You can also prop them open by changing the description line of each door after clicking them to open. If you decide you want the to be operable again, rez a new copy of the build.
This box includes FOUR buildings. Two are 3-story, (one with stairs, one without,) and two 1-story, (one has inside trim, the other is without.) Measurements for these builds are 6 meters wide x 10.5 meters deep x 5.15 meters in height for the small versions, and 15.25 meters in height for the 3-story versions.
You are welcome to alter the size of the build to fit your needs, but it's best if the build is extended front to back to ensure you don't need to enlarge any of the mesh pieces. Enlarging the mesh parts will raise the build's overall Li.
Several parts are used so they have their own shadow, which enables you to remove them without having leftover shadow marks on other textures. These parts include the stairs, baseboards, coving, chair rail, etc.

If you are unsure you want to purchase the entire set, but still want a small, unique store, you can purchase one of the smaller builds first. If you decide later you want to come back and purchase this item, I *will* refund the difference of the smaller purchase. Please send me an IM after purchasing the full set, and I'll refund you as soon as I'm in-world again.
There are 40 options for the text above the entrance, provided through the texture change menu. They include options for clothing stores, food/cafe/bistro, eyewear, nails, cosmetics, building supplies, and many more. All are in French. There is a list of translations in the included notecard. You can also add your own to the glass are, making sure to set the repeat dimensions back to 1:1.
If you wish to prop the doors open, instead of having them open and close, you can erase the description line in each door after opening them. If you want them to be operable again later, you can rez another build.
This item comes to you in one piece, and with no rezzer. There is a step-mat for the doors, as well as the main/menu prim located below the build - both will need to be made transparent. The main prim also contains the texture change scripts, and needs to be detached after setting the textures as you want them. Please read the included notecard for more information.
