I didn't know what the skin was inspired by. But it is lovely. When I looked it up after someone mentioned, I was amazed at what a good job the maker did recreating the look.
Either way the skin is absolutely fantastically well made and I love it.
Good price too, highly recommend it and worth it with the gorgeous materials, go buy it!
