MENU features: 4 texturing options for inner circle, 3 rotation speeds plus still setting for inner circle (outer text always rotates slowly), Color menus for inner and outer colors, Glow level menus for inner and outer circles.
NOTES: Looks best with bump+shiny on in preferences. Best in an environment that is good for particles : not near many other particle effects or clouds, etc. Particles are also limited by max particles count in your graphics settings, same as for other SL particle effects. Best in front of an opaque wall or open space (not alpha walls).
