The Steampunk Sub-Lodge is an extended version of the ever popular Steampunk Sub-House and like the Sub-House is designed to be placed on the sea bed.

This set includes a Copy and Modify enabled version of the Sub-Lodge and is constructed from 81 prims including the Cannon Ball weights to anchor the habitat to the sea floor and the entrance ramp (On this edition the ramp is supplied already fitted but can easily be removed if you wish). The Sub-Lodge has a footprint of approximately 24m x 9m.

Also supplied with this set is an optional External Air Tank (6 prims) to supply air to your living space which is also supplied with ‘Modify’ and ‘Copy’ permissions.

The Sub-Lodge features a working airlock front door. To operate it simply ‘Touch’ the cylindrical door so that the airlock chamber is open to you. Step in to the chamber and touch the door again. When the door rotates to the opposite position step out of the chamber.

The Sub-Lodge has been thoroughly textured throughout. The outside is covered in heavy rust from exposure to seawater; however some of the light Rococo gilding can still be seen. The interior has been lovingly wood panelled in a period style to make it more homely. While every effort has been made to keep the Sub-Lodge leak free, the internal panelling has begun to suffer slightly from the inevitable damp atmosphere which is only to be expected at the bottom of the ocean. The extended internal space has been left unfurnished but with this version the space is divided into 2 areas by a dividing wall with a working door. The 'Airlock' end if finished with a tile floor and wood paneling while the 'Saloon' end is finished with luxuriant carpet, ideal for relaxing in with friends while watching the wonders of the deep through the large bubble windows. The 'Saloon' room also have a floor fitted window.
