It's big! It's in your face! It's marble! It's gorgeous! It's everything a royal roman palace should be! The Griffin makes a statement and makes it with an impressive first glance.

When entering the palace, you are greeted by two griffin statues guarding the doors, as you pass through them, you enter a courtyard surrounded by 12 rooms, including a ballroom, baths, and quarters on one side, with the living quarters on the other featuring a large great room upstairs, a library, a throne room, as well as the master bedroom with balcony.
A secret dungeon is also found under the left staircase in the living quarters. Access is provided via chat command Type /1 stairs to open and close.
Utilizes the Rez-Faux system. A single box to rez and move the build easily into place on your land.
