Feathers are broken
The normals on the feathers are flipped, it seems. At least that's my best guess, since you can see the second side of the feather IS kinda crammed in there, it's just facing the same side as the other one. This renders the thing virtually unusable because the feathers are not removable, so you can't even replace them, and you can't save a copy to modify yourself outside of SL, so it's rendered virtually useless unless you want a janky looking arrow.
They're okay.
The feathers are kind of wonky, though you can see it in the picture I was hoping it could at least be retextured. There is only one face on the arrows so it can't be fixed. I guess they're okay to use if you don't mind the feather issue.
