Cleanup can process an unlimited number of names, from any number of notecards.
♦Two versions are included - Cleanup 1000 for up to 1000 names, and the Cleanup Super, which includes enough memory for 3000 names (you can add more). Unless you need to do larger numbers, the 1000 is faster. (A single notecard holds a maximum of about 3000 names or 1000 names + UUID keys.)
♦You can add more memory scripts if needed ("Memory 0", "Memory 1").
Each memory script processes approx 1000 names. Cleanup will tell you how much memory it needs when you add your notecard lists.
♦You can make your Cleanup run faster by only using the memory modules you need.
♦Cleanup is mod/copy so you can just rez a new one each time, change it as you wish, and delete it.
♦TIP: You can use Cleanup to remove duplicates from two or more lists of names while still keeping them separate.
For example, say I want to send a product update and a note to all Mailbox owners, but just a note to members of the ArtiZan mail list. Some people are on both lists and I don't want to mail them twice. So I put the Mailbox names on a notecard first, then a divider line (eg xxxxxx) then the mail list names. My cleaned list will have all the Mailbox owners first, then the mail list-only people second.
- Use to clean up your lists for mailouts - works for names, UUID keys, any data
- Removes duplicates from lists - Reports duplicates removed
- Returns list formatted ready for Mailbox or Postmaster mailers
- Processes multiple notecards - Unlimited capacity
- Merge or clean lists for sending announcements
