1 Floor House with large surface , very usefull for Builders and other Artists. Good lights, a lot of open space indoors and HQ textures.
Base is 39x35 mtr and Prims is 72 or 104 if Walls in use. The use of Fireplace will increase the primcount !
Simply rezz the crate and follow the inside instructions ;)
