Thanks for showing interest !! This Villa was build to use at an island. It has a huge inneryard, a frontdoor on both sides, a chopper platform on the roof, many large rooms, a living room with fireplace and many many more things to find out. All textures are HQ and choosen with care. This Villa is not easy to move so i included a special Rez platform to make shure you have enough room and help you place the Villa the right way. Inside the box are pictures included and a very clear manual how to place the Villa. The description here says No Mod. But some parts are. You can remove or rebuild the outter stairs, the basement parts and even replace or remove the Fireplaces included. Its very important to make shure you have enough Prims free to rez this building. after Rezzing the Villa you can delete or Take the buildersplatform and/or the parts.
Crate contains :

REZZING the IDF Villa :
* Unpack the Crate and copy all to your inventory
* Check the instructions on pictures inside the crate
* Make shure you have enough space around to rezz
* Rezz the platform in edit mode !!!
* Do not move the rezz box seperate from the platform !!
The buildersplatform has a red pillar ..
put your avi on it to make shure it wont get stuck in the build.
The platform shows the space you need to rezz and put down the Villa.
When you set the platform .. click the rezz box and choose 'REZ"
The Villa will rezz and should be ready after a few seconds.
Than move the rezbox the way you want to set the house and click finish.
Take the rezbox into inventory and after use you can delete or take the platform too.
The Villa has seperate parts. Some are modify and you can delete or take them back.
When using the basement as Boat garage ..you should level the platform with the
waterline, that way you can safely put your boat on the water in the garage.
This goes for the stairs too.
NOT included are furniture and a Boat garage door !!
If you have any doubts or questions pleace send me a notecard and i will respond. Make shure you check the manual, notecards and pictures in the box first.. !! Wish you luck and succes with this Villa .. Greetings KaT
