A 1 prim collection of classic adventure and steampunk influences for your virtual library. These are some of my favorite books, as well as some of the foundational pieces of steampunk literature. HG Wells, Jules Verne, Darwin, C. L. Moore -- there is a spirit of adventure and an analytical curiousity about the natural world and the creatures in it found in these books. Treasure Island is a pirate classic -- for me, pirates and steampunk are often wrapped up together. Shakespeare and Sherlock -- well, c'mon. And, of course, the Scar by China Mieville (just one of his novels) was an ongoing inspiration for the things I built and created and imagined in Second Life.
