UNFURNISED: The interieur at the photos only for showing the look, doesn't belong to the purchaise!
MESH WARNING:
This house is built with mesh, so you need Viewer 3 or some else viewer capable. Mesh are not like prims, if you resize a mesh could increase the prims count.
House is linked and setted to optimize the LI count. Of course items are mod, so you are able to unlink them, but keep in mind that by doing this, will increase the LI.

Looks as good in SL
Although i like this i didnt end up using it because i wanted a kitchen and there wasnt really a wall i could put it on, if the stairs were in the middle of the joining room it would have been perfect
