House is linked and setted to optimize the LI count. Of course items are mod, so you are able to unlink them, but keep in mind that by doing this, will increase the LI.

A home which provides much for the Lindens
The house is interesting, architecturally. You can discover triangles and interesting angles everywhere.
The interior is on the smaller side, though the camera rarely clips into a wall. The one exception is the staircase between floors, but for the size constraints, is clearly reasonable.
LI is reasonable and LOD is great.
Blending the house into the ground requires necessary but minimal terraforming effort.
The textures are excellent. Use of materials is good and not overdone. The house is tall and some exterior walls have a "prim" feeling to their thickness and "squareness" as the concrete texture is rather fine and uniform. I feel it likely that was the stylistic choice of the creator, however. Landscaping breaks up the uniformity nicely, should you choose. The stone floor texture in the pool area is overlarge, however the textures can be scaled or replaced if you have some basic building skills.
The doors need a small amount of attention. The front door can be edited to not automatically close if you wish. Moving the structure does mess up the two slide doors (which are unfortunately no-mod for some reason), so your best bet is to position with the rezzer, then derez and rez again when done placing.
Finally, the pool is rather spartan. There is no lighting and the water texture is disappointing. Some effort on the pool would be required to make it beautiful.
The house is a good value at L$199, being a lot of house for the Lindens. You can drop it and happily live in it. With some basic landscaping and building skills, you can make the house your own.

Toller schnitt, große Fenster viel licht im Haus . Saubere Verarbeitung . Terrasse Groß und geräumig mit Pool, Preis Leistung passt . muss nicht ein riesen Haus sein .
Kann es nur weiter empfehlen.
