The extendable addon system can:
* Display floating text, including total amount, last and top tipper.
* Say "thank you" in local chat for each tip.
* Produce a particle effect with each tip.

* Give landmark or notecard when tipped.

The server will:
* Manage all tip jars in the region, so only one object needs debit permissions.

* Bugfixes:
- Fixed an issue where the tip jar system's owner logging out of her personal tip jar would pay and log out ALL tip jar users.
- Fixed a display issue where the tip jar's touch dialog would always display L$0 no matter what the total actually was.
- Fixed an issue where the tip jar would attempt to include non-standard characters from an avatar's display name in its object name, forcing them to be replaced with question marks. In this case, the tip jar will use the avatar's system name. It will still use display names that consist only of standard characters.
