Autopilot Script

The autopilot works well for trains, cars, airplanes, boats and submarines. It allows one to flight without the need to drive a vehicle, once the route has been checked.

Enjoy the ride without the need to drive, pilot or sail!

1. Ride with your vehicle as you usually do, but with the HUD provided on.
2. The HUD will tell you the navpoints in chat along the route.
3. Write the navpoints on a notecard.
4. Put the notecard you just wrote and the provided scripts into your vehicle.
5. Now you can ride along the same route at anytime without the need to pilot the vehicle yourself.

The scripts are non-physical, which means they are low-lag and handle sim crossings better, but the movement is not so smooth like for physical vehicles.

LIMITATIONS
1. It works only for vehicles that have certain angles (i.e. at zero rotation it must point towards East).
2. Like most scripts, it will fail to work in areas where scripts are disabled.
3. Setting the notecard with navpoints is a bit tricky, but once you got it, it works well.
4. Before riding on autopilot, you might need to remove your vehicle's engine (script) or they would both try to pull in different directions.
5. Set your vehicle as non-physical.

<> Do not offer these products as freebies on marketplace or anywhere. The little money that merchants gain helps their creativity. By offering everything for free, you are causing more harm than good. however, you can share them with your friends for free.
<> Do not put the HUDs and scripts in a box and sell them as they are. Feel welcome to sell them as part of your creations or as improved versions. Be a merchant, not a thief.
<> Notecards with autopilot routes made by yourself can be shared or given for free.
