At first I wanted to wait and give this product a fair review. Right out of the box I was very impressed from the way it was boxed and easy to open. Next Putting it on the rigging is spot on, the materials look beautiful, the shine really gives it that metal look, and all the lovely colors that are available. I was trying out all the tags that you could change to and noticed some of them weren't working, I was sad because the one I wanted the most didn't change colors. I went ahead and messaged the customer support of AvaWay and by the next day they not only got back to me, but fixed the issue and did a mass redelivery. I want to shop here from now on for my jewelry needs because I know I will be taken care of . Thank you so much again for your help and you've won a longtime customer!~♥
