This is a one prim sculpted staff paging bell. You can change the hovertext by editing the object description. Add the avatar keys of your employees and yourself to the configuration notecard and when someone clicks your bell, a bell sound will play and everyone in the notecard will be notified with the a message of who is paging them.

Exactly what is posted.
To my surprise, I made a bell that Instant messages me when people also click it, it also played a sound, but it was 3 prim and not good enough. This will do me perfect for my small stores, Plus my employees don't have pagers yet and I'm sure this would benefit me some. I can now let them go free instea of being stuck in the stores and offices all day.
