This is a nice cozy house from only 70 prims and fits on a 32x16 parcel.
Also a lovely roof terras completed with a pool and two side balconies.
The pool has a view animated poseballs to complete the scene.
All build with perfect aligned prims and texures.
ALL my buildings are BOXED, COPYABLE and AUTOMATICALLY, MENU DRIVEN, UNPACKED.
If this is NOT the case, then something went wrong on delivery, just send me a NOTE and ill send you a new box.
So don't give a bad review for NOT unpacking or other UNPACKING problems with the buildings, because if Lindens screws up, its not my fault.
