Nice..........but

The house with all it's glass open windows was exactly what I was looking for to use as my sims Club House. Since it was MOD I knew I could probably tear out the inside walls and doors, as I wanted it a total open space. There are walls hooked to windows and other things, so when you rip out a wall windows went with it. No problem, I just copied some of the single windows and replaced those.
However, there are some sections of the floor, wall and ceilings that used shadows IN the texture and cannot be removed unless you replace the texture. Again, no problem for me as I am a builder of sorts; but if you don't know a thing about building and you think you will mod this building, you won't. LOL
Also, there are gaps/cracks in the floor where they do not meet the walls, as well as gaps/cracks in the walls that I had to fix. Also the pool has no splashes or anything
So all in all it's a good house but not worth 1454L. 800L max would have been enough.
