THIS ITEM IS PROMISING WITH A LITTLE MORE WORK. ITS MESH SO IT INCREASES LI WHICH IS TYPICAL HOWEVER THE TEXTURE SHOULDNT BREAK.IT IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE PAID AS IT LACKS MALLIABILITY [MODDING/RESIZING DAMAGES THE PRODUCT AND THE TEXTURE IS NOT SEEMLESS TO THE OBJECT. I THINK WITH AN UPDATE AND SOME MODIFICATIONS THIS ITEM CAN BECOME SOMETHING GREAT. HOWEVER I WAS USING IT AS A PROP TO ADVERTISE WHAT I AM DOING IN SL SO I CAN LIVE WITH IT. I'M BUMMED OUT AT THE PRICE AS IT WAS MAYBE WORTH 5L. SHOULD BE A FREEBIE WITH ALL ITS FLAWS. I WROTE THIS REVIEW UNBIASED AND AS AN INFORMATIVE PIECE SO OTHERS CAN SAVE THEIR LINDENS. THANKS.
Worth the 4 stars
I bought this pegasus and it was big. I wanted to make it small enough to stand on a table but I couldn't--so I left a bad review. The creator contacted me and told me that if I removed the shadow I could resize it and she sent me a statue with the shadow removed. That statue now sits on my table, sans shadow :)
So why only 4 stars? Well, if the shadow wasn't in the way I would have given 5 stars but because you have to figure what to do (or leave a bad review or, better, contact the creator) I deducted one star. Still, I think 4 stars is a worthy increase from my original rating :)
