Please note, lag and other loading issues can interfere with delivery scripts where scripted contents are a little slow to load. If you experience any issues with unpacking, please rez the box and unpack manually. This product received a negative review from someone incorrectly saying there was an applier missing before checking box contents. Please don't make the same mistake :)

The Slink parts
You can't get to them by wearing the bag, or clicking it. You have to rez it and copy the (no copy) Slink appliers to inventory.
They only come with tattoo layers so they may not be useful, as in my case.
The overall textures are only marginally convincing, but good enough for the price.
Now for the deal breaker: The Fresh Wound texture for the Slink has a terrible artifact on the left breast, resembling an overspray of paint exposed by ripping off some masking tape.
To be fair, I can only give this two stars.

Bought this for my slink body on the recommendation of an rp friend and so pleased with it. Had to make sure my alpha mask was set correctly but looks as good as pic here. Tried on my maitreya body and great there too -love that both appliers are included for so low price. Will be buying more of these. Not sure what previous reviewer was doing wrong.
Save your money
I bought and tried these, after accidentally buying a set with no applier (oops) and they look terrible. They are pixelated and blurry and for something that is worn as a layer on mesh that's pretty bad. I won't be wearing these, unfortunately.
