Ok mesh
Has many possibilities. My main complaint (a big deal, at least for me) is on a prominent up front rock. The texture is skewed and not mapped correctly, makes an ugly spot.
Unfortunately a very bad mesh
1) for what it is it is very primmy.
2) the upper right corner leaves the texture so distorted and blurry, that the product it is not usable. The creator probably used auto UV. If you look intently at the product image you see it. However it was photographed in a way that skilfully avoids to show the flaw to its full extent.
3) This is OK for a mesh beginner, but never a product that should be put on the marketplace.
