I’ve looked. Trust me I’ve looked everywhere for this effect and it is certainly on point. The price point is pretty steep. Not gonna lie it is the best out there if you’re looking for stormy waters. So I guess you can say quality isn’t cheap. I’ve spent way more L for comparable, cheaper alternatives when I could’ve just bought this first and had plenty to spare
Glad I know to redo rotations on prims!
So, L$1,888 lets talk. The 85li version is just a bunch of the 1 li waves all linked to a root prim with a few rocks. The root prim is dark prim to "accent" the look of the waves themselves. It looks cool, if you have dark water and don't mind a dark square root prim under the surface of your water. So, I tinker a bit right, for science. The root prim is also there to kept the axis on the rotation on the waves. Easy fix, just set the root prim to transparent, but if you want to form your own wave sections, you'll have to create your own root prim on the proper axis to link all the wave pieces to it in a formation you want, curved section or what have you to form it to a sim line or something. All in all cool if you can like do all that. Bit naughty on the price point though.
