BH&G Windlass Legacy 2023 (Major Update).

This product is an ADD ON designed for use with the Windlass Houseboat Linden Home for premium members. The Houseboat is not included.

Huge updates have been made to this highly popular Add On model. New features include all new texture changing options. Highly customizable with a click of the mouse. All features are set up to mimic the original homes texture options. Original custom shell color is still available as well as all the original houseboat color options. Completely modifiable to allow for personalization of unique tints or patterns. Edit knowledge is required for changes outside of what is offered in the HUD. All interior walls can be removed if desired, again edit knowledge is required for unlinking items. Interior walls are programed with individual texture options and when removed, there is no issues with the rest of the home. This Add On is user friendly and customizable.

Lower land impact for the Add On, now only 43 land impact saving you 8 land impact!! New windows and patio door creates a smoother cleaner look matches up well with the original houseboat design. All new option for blinds so you don't need to worry about using extra land impact for your privacy needs. Instructions for the texture change HUD are included in the package.

This product comes with a "snap in place" feature to ensure a smooth install of your product. Instructions are included.
