BH&G Presents the Windlass Houseboat Linden Home Add On.
This houseboat was inspired by real life houseboat designs seen around the world. Featuring light blue siding shell & white trim, a two story complete addition to add space to the home.
Inside the houseboat, an inner wall shell covers the original blue walls. Room partitions have been added to create more usable space. A front foyer area and an eat in kitchen partition that has a decorative window feature to keep the home feeling open and airy. A bathroom space has also been provided on the first floor of the house. Upstairs we have designed high lofted ceilings in a large open concept space. Another small additional room is also added for usable space. From the upstairs loft, we have added a sunning deck complete with a custom glass railing.
This home does not texture change, but can be edited to use Linden Home textures. Information on how to edit the home has been included.

So!! Simple to set up!
Very nice, well worth it.
This add-on shell completely transforms the Windlass Houseboat, it's amazing. There are some very minor gaps around, but because it is mod you can easily fix just about all of the noticeable ones with a little patience.
An update to fix the gaps would be nice, but it won't bother me if there isn't one since I'm happy with it as is.
If you want the nicest looking houseboat in the harbor, buy this.
