Very Helpful!
I tend to edit my bodies to make them 'look' right in poses and outfits for photoshoots, so they were getting way out of alignment. I found these diagrams very helpful in getting them back into shape.
One thing - the instructions that come in the purchase mention a specific pose stand that was not included with this purchase. However, there is a link in the folder - follow that (still functional as of late 2024) and pick up a stand for free - it's off to one side on the 'male' side of the platform.

Amazing Tool Kit
I am a shape designer and a perfectionist when it comes to my AV and this tool kit has been invaluable to me! The time and thought put into this item is amazing and I would have paid much more for this superbly done informational and hands on tool kit. I do so appreciate everything that comes from this talented and thoughtful designer. She has also been a great inspiration for me, and has helped so many people with her clothing/tattoo appliers, custom orders, and by being a group moderator for Omega.
