What a gem!
This is such a beautiful and charming little cottage. I am so glad that I came across this in my search EVERYWHERE for the cottage of my dreams. You won't go wrong with this little honey of a house.
Love this House
There is something that feels so realistic about this cottage, almost as if it where actually constructed from wood and stone rather than texture applied to prim. The interior appointments and rustic character are so charming I find myself coming back to this build even when my lot size would accept something larger. The name is a bit misleading, "small" is NOT how I would describe it. "Perfect for one person." is a much better description My only constructive critisisim is that there is not an actual finished second floor. Not that I would go up there anyway but someone might want it for a bedroom or just because. Simply said, I love this and am happy to call it my home
