Mesh object behave different than sculpts. Due to technical limitations it is not possible to resize wearable mesh objects manually or via script. Because of this for I provide different sizes for all mesh clothes.

Disappointed
The scarf top deforms your avatar if you wear high heels. It is too bad the creator insists on uploading it with 'Include Joint offset' checked. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've ended up with this top and every one of them will deform you with the only resolve being to remove the top or your shoes and relog....I shouldn't have to choose one or the other. =(
