BRAINSTORMS speed enhancer Version 1.0

This speed enhancer enables your to run faster and jump higher.
just add the hud and it will be shown on your lower bottom of your screen.
The visible text gives you information about:
- which level of boost you have currently,
- the Sim FPS and the Dilation,
- the current speed in m/s, (see below the standard speeds)
- above the hud the speed of scanned avatars in a 96 m range. (to reset - click the hud or if you change the region or on reattach)
* the displayed avatars have a limit. If more are detected than it can be shown by the text the list will be truncated.

the yellow arrow increases the boost by a step of 2
the blue arrow decreases the boost by a step of 2
the white half circle divides the boost to half the current boost
the green/red half circle is to switch the boost on/off
click the hud to reset the list of detected avatars
if you want to show others the speed just rezz a copy of your hud
