BREDA TECH RENTAL SYSTEM PRO v2.2 BOX

BREDA TECH RENTAL SYSTEM PRO v2.2 is a clean, low-lag rental box for Second Life rentals: rooms, booths, apartments, parcels, vendor spots and more.

It uses a modular CORE + UI design:
- CORE handles payments, state, timer, reminders, hover and safe save/load.
- UI handles renter menu + owner/staff menus with text input.

HOW RENTERS USE IT
Touch the box for the renter menu:
- RENT: explains the correct way to pay (Right Click > Pay)
- TIME: sends time left by IM
- RULES: gives the RULES notecard (if included)
- JOIN GROUP: opens the group profile (optional, owner toggle)

To rent or extend, pay exact multiples of the base price.
Example (L$50 per 7 days):
L$50 = 7 days, L$100 = 14 days, L$150 = 21 days, L$200 = 28 days.

ACCESS MODES
- PUBLIC: anyone can rent
- GROUP: only same active group as the object
- OWNER: staff only

OWNER / STAFF FEATURES (Long Touch)
Long-touch opens the owner menu for staff (Owner + optional Managers list):
- Set price, period days, min/max duration
- Set brand title (hover header)
- Toggle Group Join button
- Add/Subtract days, Evict renter
- Demo mode toggle
- Hover options (public on/off + peek)
- Reset rental state (keeps config)

IMPORTANT: DEBIT PERMISSION
Refunds require the owner to accept debit permission. If debit is off, the box can’t auto-refund.

Optional: Add a notecard named exactly “RULES” to include your rental rules.
