BREDA TECH RENTAL SYSTEM v1.6 BOX is a clean, low-lag rental box for parcels, rooms, booths, homes, and any rentable unit.

How it works
- Tenants rent by paying the box (Right Click > Pay).
- The system accepts exact multiples of the base price.
Example: L$50 = 7 days, L$100 = 14 days, L$150 = 21 days, etc.
- Wrong amounts and invalid durations are refunded when debit permission is enabled.

Setup (owner)
1) Rez the box and drop the script into contents.
2) Accept the debit permission popup (recommended for refunds).
3) Configure using the owner menu (long touch):
- Set price, days, min/max days
- Set brand title
- Add managers (staff) if needed
4) (Optional) Add a notecard named "RULES".

Notes
- Debit permission is required for automatic refunds and refund tools.
- Settings and rental state are stored in the Object Description to survive re-rez.
