With some adjustments on this item, it has been greatly improved. The elephant's head moves up and down and bounces the ball in the air while he wiggles his tail. Check it by clicking on "watch it in action" under the picture.

Nowhere did it say this is some lousy vendor, that wants to take money from my account.
Had I known that I would not have spent a dollar on it.
