Nice Trees and textures
These look really nice and changing the included textures is fairly easy if you know the method. You have to check Edit Linked and then click the leaves before changing the texture; otherwise, the trunk will get the texture from the leaves and that doesn't look good. Once you do this you will have half of the leaves with the new texture applied, then you have to select by clicking on the remaining leaves and texture them as well. There are no instructions for this included, I just had to figure this out by experimenting. Why not just include pre-textured versions of the two trees? Anyone who seriously wants to use these trees will have to do this themselves. Minus one star for this oversight.
Also the LOD is a bit too low. I know they are only 2 prims each, but I wish they wouldn't disappear so easily. Maxing the settings helps but not enough.
Wonderful trees!
I love these trees and I often use them for my creations. I bought them a few years ago at the Bad Katz store inworld, but I needed a winter texture that I missed. And I bought them again.
I am very surprised by the previous review. These trees give my creations a special effect, they look light, they have beautiful leaves. The season textures are very good. Fantastic job!
Terrible! A complete rip-off
Sure you get the tetures, good luck getting them to look right if you try and change it. Hint: it looks TERRIBLE
