Welcome to your new offices! The Eastshore is perfect for any company looking for a medium-sized office building in SL. It could also be a great fit for law enforcment or military administration buildings. GenTek's Delta Elevator and IntelliDoors are both included with this build. All doors, including the front glass front doors can be access-restricted to specific persons or your group.

The building features two floors connected through the main staircase and the elevator.
You'll find a large open-space on the ground level and two offices on the 1st floor.

Two versions of the build are included, one with a bathroom and the second without. The footprint of the version with bathroom included is 30x26m with a Li of 110. The footprint of the building without bathroom is 30x21 and with a Li of 96.

Each room has lights that are individually controlled via a switch. Exterior lighting is all automatic and will turn on at dawn. Into RP? You'll also find electrical outlets, and exit signs for that full immersion.

The building is 100% made of mesh, with the highest quality textures up to the latest Material standards.

The look of the building is customizable. If you want to change the outside texture, you will be able to do so in a breeze. You'll also be able to change the colors of the inside walls. Most of them are the same mesh face, hence the same color, but there is a lot of "accent walls" in the building.

Excellent Product - Well Built

VERY high quality mesh product.

This building is of the same consistent quality as as the Marin (see my review there.) The mesh quality is good, the textures are clean, and the components around the building work very well and are high quality. Consistency is really the prime feature of this product, this building is on a professional level in terms of experience. Nothing sticks out as "out of place," and the suspension of disbelief is excellent while using it.

HIGHLY recommend this and the other Balan Builds products. This and the Marin made my corporate campus project a major success. Thank you for providing this level of quality.

Well made and detailed building

I rarely write reviews about buildings I buy, mostly because something is always wrong. I also have some comments on this one, but the level of detail and the efforts and the aim to make a great house outweighs any of my minor comments - the localized *projector* lights (I hate when lights are not directed), the use of material textures, the working elevator (absolutely unnecessary, but it's there). This product has been made with insight & love.

I'd love to have Kool Door scripts instead of the ones used - but hey, it's modify, and I'll probably change them on my own. Thanks for the good work.
