The Sausalito is aimed towards small companies looking for a realistic office building in Second Life.
The building features a lobby, two large offices on the left side of the building, a small break room space and a bathroom.
Each room has lights who are individually controlled via a switch. Exterior lighting is all automatic and will turn on at dawn. Into RP? You'll also find electrical outlets for that full immersion!
The building is 100% made of mesh, with the highest quality textures up to the latest Material standards. It has a footprint of 20m * 18m. And a height of 7m. It's land impact is 77, making it a perfect fit on small lands.
The look of the building is customizable. If you want to change the outside texture, you will be able to do so in a breeze. You'll also be able to change the colors of the inside walls. Most of them are the same mesh face, hence the same color, but there are "accent walls" available in the building.

PERFECT SMALL OFFICE
Love this build, did just what i needed. Only wish there was a second sink and the angled walls are a little hard to decor on but it still looks awesome and fit perfect. LOVE these builds!

Brilliant building with character and style. Great layout and can be modified e.g. we removed the bathroom stalls to add other features.

It's not cheap, so I was hoping to be impressed; and I was. A very thoughtful design and lovely realistic finishing. It totally has the feel of a small office. My first buy from this creator, but I'll certainly be checking out his other builds..
