Loyal Balanvi customer, until I came in one day to find they'd sold either the land or stopped paying the rent on it to Lindens. I'd just paid up another month's rent and found my home was gone, along with several no copy items that never made it back to my lost and found folder. Tried to get a message through to them, which was met with a wall of silence.
