Arriving at the covered and arched Veranda, you have a choice of 3 doors; the one on the left leads you directly into the Living Room, the middle is the usual entrance and the one on the right goes directly into the Owner's Suite.
Entering through the middle door, you're in the Foyer. To the left are the Living room, with its fireplace, and Dining Room. An archway leads to a small hall with 2 Bedrooms [one with garden access] and a Bath.

Straight ahead is the large Kitchen with a Pantry and sliding doors to the Patio.
To the right is the Library,with a staircase up to the Study and its Balcony. Beyond the Library is the Owner's suite, comprised of Sitting Room, Bedroom and Ensuite.

As the RL house was built and added onto for generations, going onto the Patio gives you access to 2 more Bedroom Suites.

-The interiors have been left in plastered neutrals, except for the bright kitchen.
-The Fireplace can be set to burn Always, Never, and Night Only.
-Small windows in the baths and pantry can be opened by checking "Edit Linked" in objects and carefully raising the bottom glass.
-The sliding door will open automatically, but will remain open until manually closed.
-IF desired, you could close off the doors from the foyer and kitchen that connect to the Living room and dining room, plus lock the door from the library to the owner's suite and have 3 individual apartments, with 2 studio apartments off the patio.
