Ballinger's Chateau de LaLande

Ballinger's Chateau de LaLande was inspired by the chateau of the same name in the Loire Valley.

Enter the Grand Ballroom with its fireplace and access to the garden Terrace. To the right are the Salon with fireplace and terrace access, and the Library with another fireplace. To the left of the Ballroom are the Stairhall, the formal Dining Room with fireplace and chandelier, kitchen, either a Pantry or Loo.
You then move to the next wing of the chateau. This can be a 6 room In-law suite or rental for a second family. It has its own entrance and staircase, with 3 rooms down and 3 up.
On the next floor of the main residence, halls branch from the landing in two directions. To the right are the Master Bedroom, Guest Room, Bath. To the left are two further Bedrooms. In the second, panelled,bedroom,there is a hidden door that accesses the other wing. You can lock this and the one downstairs if you're going to have 2 families.

Fireplaces can be moved around if you want to add in other rooms. Doors can be locked by the owner. All but the hidden doors are automatic open, but can be switched to manual by the owner.
