Ballinger's Georgian Colonial2 House

Ballinger's Georgian Colonial2 is based on the houses of 18th Century America. With a FOOTPRINT of just 32.5m wide by 35.5m deep and Land Impact of 167 PRIMS, the house is laid out in a traditional manner with 2 rooms on either side of a central Hall on both levels. Double Parlours and the Dining Room all have fireplaces, while the 4th room downstairs can be a Kitchen or your choice. Upstairs there are up to 4 Bedrooms of equal size, one of which could be a large Bath.

-Fire can be turned on or off with a left click of the fireplace.
-Doors open automatically if you just keep walking. There is no need to click on them. The owner can access a menu to change various aspects, including making them manual open.
