Ballinger's Lady Crawley's House is based on Byfleet Manor, which was used as the home of the Dowager Countess of Grantham in the series Downton Abbey. With a FOOTPRINT of 62.5m by 50.5m and a land impact of 321 PRIMS, the house is perfect for a Countess or a Landed Family.

Keeping as close as possible to the real house, the exterior textures are taken from it. The interiors, while not from the rl, follow as much as possible those of the manor house.
The Panelled Hall leads directly to the Stair Hall. To its right are the Double Drawing Room with painted Boiserie and working fireplace, the Library with fireplace [and a small, hidden room], and the bright Morning Room. To its left are the green Sitting Room with fireplace, the whitewashed panelled Dining Room with fireplace, and a door to the service area which includes a hall, Kitchen, lavatory, kitchen door and service stairs.

Up the main stairs are 3 large Bedrooms, the Master Suite with Boiserie panelled Sitting Room, Bedroom, Dressing Room and Ensuite, a Hall Bath, and a door to the Linen Room and service stairs.
