Ballinger's Oaklands is based on a Gothic Revival house built in the 1830s.

Stepping from the entrance Porch, you enter the huge Hall, with its fireplace, and the Stair Hall.
-To the left are the Dining Room, Drawing Room with Bay Window, and Library, each with a Fireplace.
-Directly ahead are 2 Bedrooms and a Bath, which could become a secondary Master Suite. a Hall leads to the Garden entrance.
-A Powder Room is located behind the stairs.
