Ballinger's Pemberly Mansion

Ballinger's Pemberly is a grand house on a small[ish] scale.

You enter into the grand, 2 story Great Hall, with its' double Apse. The staircase is just beyond this, plus the wide hall to the Terrace. A fountain graces the hall, but you can remove it if you don't want it, or turn off the sound by touching the water. The wall of windows opens with a touch and stays open until you close them, allowing indoor/outdoor living.

To the right of the Great Hall are the Library with a ceiling-high fireplace [the fire is currently set to come on at night only, but you can change it], the Grand Salon and the Conservatory.

To the left is the Formal Sitting Room, Dining Room, Breakfast Room [the doors to the terrace are manual] and Kitchen. The latter two have access to the terrace.

Upstairs is a large open Family Sitting Room. To the right is the Owner's Suite with Sitting Room, Bedroom, Ensuite and large open Terrace.

To the left is a Primary Guest Room with private terrace, another large Bedroom and a third that can be a Bedroom, Nursery or Bath.

Most doors are set to close after 13 seconds and allow access to anyone, but you can change this to suit your needs.

The house is Modify/Copy and aligned so that you can use your own textures if you prefer.
