The house is fronted on the street by 3 huge arched windows set between engaged Ionic columns. The entrance is set back, being fronted by 4 more Ionic columns. Passing through the front doors, you enter a Deco jewel box of a Foyer, with a wall of marquetry boiserie and elaborate wallpaper. The floor is a tan limestone with golden inserts and the ceiling elaborately. hand-painted. A marble staircase ascends to the upper floor, a Lalique door to the kitchen. An open doorway leads into the double-height Living Room, decorated in Art Deco stacked boiserie and surmounted by a coffered ceiling. Beyond this is the golden Dining Room, with its painted ceiling, golden walls, fireplace and chandelier. The kitchen is between the dining and Foyer and all three have access to the garden terrace. [Instead of a kitchen, this space could become a study, music room, or other use.
Upstairs, you arrive at a landing with a balcony overlooking the Living Room. Up here is the Owner's Bedroom, with Juliet balcony and a second room that could be a Bedroom or a Bath, also with a Juliet Balcony..
Doors are set to open automatically as you reach them and will stay open for 13 seconds, both functions being controlled by the owner.
I hope you enjoy your new home as much as I enjoyed building it for you. As always, the house is modify/copy, so you can redecorate as you wish.
