Climbing the steps to the wraparound porch, you notice that 60 percent of it is screened, the better to enjoy the breezes without the bugs. Through the front door, the main floor comes into view as you stand in the Foyer and gaze around to the Living Room, Dining Room and Study, all with fireplaces. A door in the Dining Room leads to the screened Porch. Behind the dining room is a short hall, with the Back Porch to the left and the Kitchen and Pantry to the right, with Back Stairs to the second floor.

Returning to the Foyer and mounting the main Staircase, you enter the hallway, off which are located 5 Bedrooms and a Bath. One Bedroom has an Ensuite and access to a Balcony.

IF you are comfortable doing it, you can click on a window, choose Edit Linked, choose the lower, solid glass section and carefully raise it. This can only be done manually, by the owner or someone with the owner's Modify Rights.

The house is Copy and Modify, so you can change the colours in the rooms if you wish.

Doors are owner-controlled. They are set to open automatically when you reach them and will stay open 13 seconds. This can be changed to Manual open and the timing can be increased or decreased.
