This is a 20x22 size building with 28 prims that can be use for a bar, lounge, club or whatever you wish to use it for. Comes with a built-in small stage and dance floor. Also, there is a backroom you can use for whatever you desire. I included a second version that is Full bright, for those of you who like it bright ;)
Note: it is Modify, Copy but no Transfer. You can rez as many as you like or even edit the building to your liking :)
