This attractive Gothic Mansion House is full of charm and character.
Entering by the detailed panelled double Oak Front Doors through the arch you arrive in the Reception Hall.
Reception rooms to either side with open fireplaces that can be used as arched chambers for a throne maybe or lit with the log fire. (2 included)
The Stairs are in a characterful 'outshoot' typical of Tudor architecture and are nicely detailed with Newel Posts, Banisters and Hand Rail.
Upstairs you have another cosy hall, fires and candles at either end are linked in with the Animated Curtains. Click the button on the column and the curtains close and the candles and fires light, smoke billows from the chimney.
Curtains are sculpted and textured to give a lush expensive look and feel, this is a very cosy place and will impress your friends.
Large Sculpted Mullion Windows give vast views across your land and without any alpha textures, hair and clothing are unaffected, allowing scope for taking nice pictures within your home (without the alpha stripping you to your undies), and when you want privacy flip the switch and the curtains close.
All sculpties are custom designed by me for this build, they all have good LOD which means they keep their detail from a distance and will look good even viewed from the far side of a sim. (Tested with Emerald default settings).
Extensive use of sculpts gives this entire build a feel of rich detailed, realism and at only 108 prims (complete with log fires and candelabra)will leave you with plenty from your precious allocation for furnishings.
The entire building comes as one piece, no need for a rezzer - the doors, curtains, fires, and candles are all part of a single unit. Total footprint of building on land is 18 x 28 meters.
You will have to work very hard to break it, but should you wish to do your own mods the unit comes Mod/Resale/No Copy, but be warned if you break it we can't fix it for you.
To get you started we include a few free items that look good, a carpet, fires, flaming torches and 'Mesh Modes' excellent chair with some nice sits added.

Love This House!
Beautifully made, and there's quite a bit of room. I tend to change houses every couple of weeks, have had this one up for 2 months now, and I love it. One of my favorite builders in SL :)
