It's a garage. If it was fancy we wouldn't call it "Basic."
You get two versions - one with the people door on the right and one on the left - so you can put it wherever.
Not too big, but my car fits fine and I drive a serious automobile. You can make it bigger or smaller and the land impact won't change because I yelled at Arthur until he fixed that. Door opens and closes when you click it. Sometimes simple is good.

A Great Garage
I use this garage with the Valley Forge, and I love it. I've owned a few garages in world and this was the first one that just went down the way it was supposed to and the driveway just attached like it was supposed to. My Grand Cherokee looks great in it, and I'm living the atomic age dream. I hope this builder comes back soon, great attention to detail. For designs that are prim based, these feel like home.
