This Beach Bar will be a great addition to your beach. The weathered whitewashed wood exterior makes it look like a comfortable and inviting place to relax with friends. The interior has a lovely parquet floor with stucco walls, giving a very informal feel.
You will find benches and sofas lining the walls, for plenty of seating for you and your friends. Benches & sofas have positions for two people and 4 single seating animations each. In addition, the sofas also have two nice couple/cuddle animations. The chair and bar stools have 4 single sitting poses. These are all done using the AV sitter, so no glitchy animations or pose balls.
None of the furniture or artwork is linked to the building but is included in the rez box. This means you can use them, copy more or not use at all.
Also included in the pack are seven colorful tropical and sailing artworks, a marble-topped bar, bar cabinet with shelves and bar stools.
As a special bonus, there is a neon "Beach Bar" sign included. Please refer to the included Notecard titled "CUSTOM NEON signs by Shelley" for information on the neon signs I create.
