(SD) Shabby Beach Hut

The beach hut becomes in 2 versions; with and without deck.

Update june 2019:
The textures of the roof, floor, inside & outsidewalls can be changed via a menu.
You can choose from:
- 4 floor textures
- 7 roof colors
- 8 wood colors outside walls
- 8 textures inside walls

The menu has 3 options; Owner Only, All or by List
(You can add people to the list so they can change the textures)

The beach hut is Modify, except for the scripts, these are Copy only.

Footprint:
6,5 x 8,5 m (without deck)
6,5 x 14 (with deck)
