This is a duplicate review for the body that I also purchased as my review is highly linked to an issue between both the head and the body...
I'd love to give this item a 5-star rating, but I can't. Customer support is severely lacking. I have reached out on numerous occasions for help to resolve some issues I have around the seam between the Bebe Youth Body and the Bebe Mesh head and have received no reply. I am also very annoyed that to join the Bebe Brand Group, I was required to spend an additional $150. After spending $4300 on the body and head, this seems like gouging to me, especially since I can't even get the support I need.
